  1. 01 / Establish

    A world worth returning to.

A handmade miniature set, a recognizable courier, and a fixed costume. The original frame becomes the visual reference for every branch.

  2. 02 / Interfere

    Change the problem.

Reference-guided image edits replace the briefcase. The story follows the new prop: water, fire, or a rather convincing wedding invitation.

  3. 03 / Follow through

    Let the consequences move.

Image-conditioned video turns those frames into complete miniature scenes, with sound tied to the action.

Made through Scenario MCP. GPT Image 2.5 Sunburst created the original world and reference-guided edits. Seedance 2.0 animated the scenes with native audio: nine accomplice meetings, 27 distinct final scenes, and 36 filmed connections. Actual shot endpoints anchor each entrance and journey; Scenario Video Studio joins the approved clips.

Built with the Scenario consistency, image, storyboard, video, assembly, and refinement skills. Each new scene uses the approved courier, prop and accomplice references directly. The identity references stay fixed across all 27 routes.
