One ride, six edits, one piece at a time.

Claude Opus 5.5 ran every generation through the Scenario MCP: a photoreal 9-second fashion film at native 1080p, with no audio. Every step is a of the step before it, guided by a whenever the change needs a specific look.

  1. 1

    Design the model

She started as a reference sheet: four full-body views from every side and a face close-up, in the first outfit. Every later outfit and model sheet is an edit of the one before it.

    With GPT Image 2.5 Sunburst

    Model reference sheet

The same face and outfit in every view.

  2. 2

    Shoot the ride from text

The whole 9 seconds written as beats: carves, slide, tail stomp and catch, then a fast orbit to her face. A low 16mm lens keeps her big in frame. The sheet was the only image.

ONE single unbroken camera move for the whole 9 seconds: no cuts, no jumps, no reframing, the camera never teleports.

The original: she stands with the board

One take, no cuts, her whole body in frame until 6 s.

  3. 3

    Change only the dress

The model sheet, edited into the Fan Pleat dress from a written design, is the one image. The prompt names the old pieces that must go, and how the skirt moves.

No leather jacket, no white tank top, no jeans. The pleated skirt swings, fans out and bounces with the speed of the ride …

    Fan Pleat dress sheet

The skirt fans out on every carve.

  4. 4

    Change three accessories at once

A boater, cat-eye sunglasses and yellow platforms, all on one sheet made from the dress sheet. Each change is listed with ADD or CHANGE, and the hat is pinned in place.

It stays firmly on her head through the fast ride, the carves, the slide and the catch …

    Hat, sunglasses and shoes sheet

The hat stays on through the catch.

  5. 5

    Change the place with words

No image. Each part of the courtyard gets a replacement: the floor, the buildings and the sea, the light, and the grit spray, which becomes water.

… a thin, mirror-still layer of water that reflects the whole sky and her, like a giant mirror to the horizon.

    Step 03: the salt flat

Same outfit, same speed, same camera.

  6. 6

    Swap the model

A freckled redhead from her own sheet, made by editing the accessories sheet, so she wears the same look. Everything else is kept by name.

Change only the person, for the whole shot from the first frame to the last …

With Seedance 2.5 · new model sheet · 1,232 CU

    New model sheet

    Same moments, same camera.

  7. 7

    Add a dog

A Dalmatian from its own sheet. Its place is written in frame terms, beat by beat: running beside her, stopping at the catch, standing at her side in the orbit.

Placement rule, in the frame: the Dalmatian is ALWAYS on the LEFT side of the frame …

    With Seedance 2.5 · Dalmatian sheet · 1,232 CU

    Dalmatian sheet

It keeps to the left of the frame.

  8. 8

    Change only the fabric

The same Fan Pleat cut, now in black and ivory velvet, from a sheet edited from the new model's. The hat, the shoes and the dog stay.

No teal and no yellow left anywhere in the dress.

With Seedance 2.5 · velvet dress sheet · 1,232 CU

    Velvet dress sheet

Only the material and the colours change.

  9. 9

    Check every frame

Each step was scanned frame by frame for a sudden against the step before. None of the edits added a jump.

With ffmpeg scene detection, no model

Zero new jumps against the input.

The one mistake we made

The same moment: the dog crossing behind her, and the dog on the left of the frame The take

The dog was placed in world terms, at her side: on screen it still crossed behind her legs (left).

Why

World terms describe the scene, not the picture. As the camera moves around her, a dog at her side can still pass behind her in the frame.

The fix

Write the place in frame terms: always on the left of the frame, never overlapping her on screen (right).

The inputs, step by step

  • 00 The original ride: text + the model sheet.
  • 01 Change the dress: the video + the dress sheet.
  • 02 Hat, sunglasses, shoes: the video + the accessories sheet.
  • 03 Change the place: the video + text only.
  • 04 Change the model: the video + the new model sheet.
  • 05 Add a dog: the video + the Dalmatian sheet.
  • 06 Change the fabric: the video + the velvet dress sheet.

Tip

To change a person or a garment, or to add a companion, give the model a reference sheet (front, sides, back, face), not a single picture. Then say where a companion is in the frame, not only where it is in the world.
