Change only X.

One product shot.
Five edits, one change at a time.

A 7-second soda shot, edited again and again. Every edit keeps the camera move frame for frame, so any two steps line up exactly. Hold O to see the step before, or compare the two.

One shot, five edits, one change at a time.

Claude Opus 5.5 ran every generation through the Scenario MCP. The original is one smooth camera move on MiniMax H3, made from . Every later step is a on Seedance 2.5, guided by a still of the step and a .

  1. 1

Design the label, then the product sheet

The label was designed flat first: a brand name, a flavour and one small line. Wrapped on the can, it became a product sheet: the front, both three-quarter views, the back and the lid. Every edit gets the sheet, so the label stays right as the camera goes round.

    Sour Tantrum product sheet

Every word spelled right, from every side.

  2. 2

    A still for every step

Before any video, each step was made as a still, each an edit of the one before with the same composition: the can on cobalt, the juice and grove, the paper version, the new flavour, the hand, the neon street.

    The paper still

The look decided before the first clip.

  3. 3

    Shoot the original from references

Three reference images (the shot, the sheet and the drop close-up), no first frame, and a timed prompt: one smooth orbit, then a push into a single drop on the O.

PACE: natural real-time speed, energetic yet silky smooth, like a high-end camera robot; not slow motion; no jerks, no shakes …

The original: the can on cobalt

One continuous move, a steady ending.

  4. 4

    Edit, never regenerate

Every later step is a video-to-video edit of an earlier clip, with the step still and the product sheet. The prompt keeps everything first, frame for frame, then names the one change.

Keep the camera move, its exact timing and speed, the can, its motion, its label and the final macro close-up on the droplet exactly as in @video1, frame for frame.

Step 01: juice and a citrus grove

The same frame lines up in every step.

  5. 5

Change the material from the original

The paper version is an edit of step 00, not of step 01, so no real liquid is left to turn into paper. It still lines up with every other step.

No real liquid or real fruit anywhere.

    With Seedance 2.5 · step still + product sheet · 1,090 CU

    Step 02: paper craft

Paper in every frame, the can still real.

  6. 6

A new flavour, then a hand, then a new world

Pitaya Panic from its own product sheet, with the paper world recoloured to match. Then a hand, wrapped around the can from the first frame: the edit makes the hand, and only the hand is laid over step 03, so the can does not change at all. Then the paper removed and a neon street at night.

The hand follows the can; it never pushes or moves the can.

    With Seedance 2.5 · 3 edits · 1,050 CU each

    Step 04: the hand

The can is step 03’s own footage.

    Check that they line up

All six clips start half a second in and are 173 frames at 1080p. The same moments were put side by side, and each clip was scanned frame by frame for a sudden .

    With ffmpeg, no model

Six clips in sync, no cuts.

The inputs, step by step

  • 00 The original: 3 reference images, no first frame.
  • 01 Juice and a grove: step 00 + still + Sour Tantrum sheet.
  • 02 Paper craft: step 00 + still + Sour Tantrum sheet.
  • 03 The flavour: step 02 + still + Pitaya Panic sheet.
  • 04 A hand: step 03 + its first frame with the hand + Pitaya Panic sheet, then the hand laid over step 03.
  • 05 A new world: step 04 + still + Pitaya Panic sheet.

Tip

Generate the original once, with the camera move you want. Make every other step as an edit of an earlier clip: an edit keeps the timing and the camera, so the steps line up and can be compared with a wipe.
