Three games, one agent, 140 finished generations.

Made with Claude Code and the Scenario MCP. The brief: a simple casual game becomes a cinematic trailer of about 45 seconds, funny, with a simple story, and only the character idea and the gameplay idea carry over. Each game is the input: its cast is recast in 3D, then the trailer is made shot by shot and cut to one song.

    1. 1

      Start from the game

Three simple casual games are the input: a 2D isometric diner rush, a 2D side-view cat stacker and a low-poly delivery racer. Only the characters and the gameplay idea carry over.

    2. 2

      Recast it in 3D

The main characters become 3D sheets in a photoreal stylized look; elsewhere one image is enough. The sheets are the for every later image.

Write a parody and a shot list

An action-movie comeback for the grandma, an epic fantasy for the cats, a monster movie for the dinosaur. 13 to 16 shots each, every one with a camera move and a joke to land.

    4. 4

      One still per shot

Each shot starts as a cinematic still at 1920×1088 made with the cast sheet as reference. That still becomes the of the video.

With GPT Image 2.5 Sunburst, about 13 CU a still

    5. 5

      Animate every still

Image to video at 1080p, 4 to 10 seconds a shot. The climb to the moon uses a first and a last frame for one continuous crane move. The cat and dinosaur clips are rendered without their own sound.

      With Seedance 2.0, 90 CU a second

    6. 6

Score first, then cut to it

One continuous song per trailer, built in sections with the same tempo, key and theme. Its hits are measured, and every cut, drop and title lands on one of them.

    7. 7

      Voice and sound

A trailer narrator and dedicated sound effects: rain and giant footsteps, a doorbell, a scooter, dizzy meows. Music ducks under the voice.

Build the logo from its pieces

The game logo is split into pieces, each piece is aligned back onto the original automatically, then animated in code and crossfaded to the exact logo, with Play Now and Made with Scenario.

    References and prompts

Pick a game: first the sheets every still was made from, then each shot with the prompt for its first frame and the prompt that animated it. Prompts are copied from the job records (“…” marks a trimmed style line). Where a still was fixed with an edit, its prompt is rewritten as one standalone prompt for the final image.

      What did not work

      • Music stitched from several tracks never matched. One continuous song, with the picture cut to it, fixed it.
      • The first narrator sounded like a stock trailer voice. A new voice, with direction in brackets, replaced it.
      • Video with generated sound came back with music that clashed. Every clip was rendered silent instead.
      • Character lines without lip sync looked wrong. They were cut; a face says enough.
      • A video-to-video clay restyle turned night into day and added characters. The original renders stayed.

      Tip

Make the song first. Cut every shot to its measured hits, not the other way round.
