Scenario's most fluent AI creator, sitting at the center of the company. You know every model, tool and workflow better than anyone, and you prove it by shipping original creative work constantly across image, video, 3D, audio and agents. Think developer relations, but for creators: a true peer to the best in the field. You are the creative lead on our creative agents and a trusted voice on the creative team's product bets.

01 Mission

  • Ship proof constantly: pinned examples, demos, workflows and apps, at a quality the best creative tools cannot dismiss as hype.
  • Be the loudest credible practitioner, on webinars, conference stages and social, as a peer to top creators rather than an influencer.
  • Lead our creative agents: define what excellent agentic creative work looks like on Scenario.
  • Scout, learn from and amplify external creator work, and help seed the upcoming creator marketplace.
  • Shape product taste: contribute to recommendations and creative tooling, and map the creative frontier beyond gaming.

02 Scope of ownership

Owns
  • The library of pinned examples, workflows and apps
  • Custom model training on Scenario (LoRAs and fine-tunes)
  • Creative agents: building, orchestrating and documenting them
  • Scouting external creators to seed the creator marketplace
Does not own
  • Brand, campaigns and narrative (Marketing)
  • Canonical documentation (Knowledge Architect)
  • Day-to-day community operations (Head of Community)
  • Machine-learning research and infrastructure (Engineering)

03 What we look for

  • A creator first: a body of original work that pre-dates the AI boom, in art, film, design, 3D, VFX or motion.
  • Multi-modal range, and enough coding fluency to build small tools (a public code portfolio is a plus).
  • A real peer network: top creators want to collaborate with you, not the other way around.
  • An on-camera and on-stage track record.

04 Disqualifiers

  • An influencer recycling other people's ideas with better editing.
  • An "AI educator" with prompt lists but no original work, optimizing for follower count.
  • A traditional creative director: strategy without making.
  • Pitches themselves as a creative director or head of content, which is the wrong identity for this role.
