Enterprise Account Executive
- Team
- Sales
- Type
- Full-time
- Location
- Remote, United States
- Reports to
- CEO
Scenario's first account executive in the United States. You open new enterprise logos across US game, entertainment and creative studios, and you work the accounts already in our CRM: studios that tried Scenario and went quiet, plus the new sign-ups that arrive every week. A full-cycle seller who prospects, runs discovery, demos the product live and closes, then hands each account to Customer Success to grow. You report to the CEO in a flat team, and you work side by side with the sales team in Paris, which covers Europe.
01 Mission
- Build a US pipeline from scratch: outbound to studios, publishers and creative teams, in person at their offices and at industry events.
- Work the existing base: re-engage dormant US accounts in our CRM and qualify the self-serve sign-ups that arrive every week.
- Run the full cycle on your deals: discovery, a live demo of Scenario on the studio's own use case, procurement and security review, and close.
- Land a first team inside a large studio, then help Scenario spread to more teams with Customer Success, building on the playbook proven with studios like Supercell, Scopely and Tripledot.
- Keep the CRM and the forecast accurate, and bring structured feedback from US customers to product and the founders.
02 Scope of ownership
Owns
- New enterprise logos in the United States
- Your pipeline and forecast, from first touch to signed contract
- Re-engagement of dormant US accounts and qualification of inbound sign-ups
- The handoff of every signed account to Customer Success
Does not own
- Onboarding, adoption and renewals after signature (Customer Success)
- CRM and billing infrastructure (Revenue Operations)
- Accounts in Europe (Sales team in Paris)
- Pricing set in isolation: it is shared with the founders, product and success
03 What we look for
- A track record as a full-cycle account executive at a startup, with quota attainment you can explain deal by deal.
- Fluency in creative software and generative AI: you know how studios use tools like Unity, Unreal or Adobe, and you use creative AI tools yourself. You'll demo Scenario live in the interview.
- An outbound builder who has created pipeline from zero with your own sequences, research and events.
- Based in the United States, fluent English, and happy to travel to studios and industry events.
04 Disqualifiers
- Has only worked inbound and needs a pipeline handed over.
- Needs a founder or a sales engineer in the room for every demo.
- A manager profile who no longer prospects or closes deals personally.
- Cannot describe how a game studio produces its art, or where AI fits in that pipeline.
