- VP of Marketing
The owner of Scenario's relationship with every external creator who isn't yet an enterprise customer. You rebuild the Creator Partner Program from the ground up, run the meetups and the online community across Discord, X and YouTube, and turn a great product with a quiet community into a platform creators are proud to represent. This is a rebuild, not a launch.
01 Mission
- Rebuild the Creator Partner Program end to end, so every promise is reliably delivered for every member.
- Fix the offer to creators: credits, compute, cash, coupons and, above all, visibility.
- Build the community Scenario has been missing across Discord, X and YouTube, with genuine energy and real contributor depth.
- Run meetups across major creative hubs, and ship a status and badge system creators actually want to display.
- Be a deep product expert who can build alongside a creator in minutes, and prepare the ecosystem for the upcoming creator marketplace.
02 Scope of ownership
Owns
- The Creator Partner Program end to end: the offer, the tiers and the operations
- Community surfaces: Discord, partner channels, X and YouTube
- Meetups and in-person events, plus the badge and status system
- Visibility delivery, measured rather than promised
Does not own
- Enterprise accounts (Customer Success)
- Scenario's own public creative content (Creative Technologist)
- Brand, campaigns and narrative (Marketing, where this role reports)
- Canonical documentation (Knowledge Architect)
03 What we look for
- You have run a creator community or partner program before, ideally at a creative-AI or creator-platform company.
- You can name many specific creators in the AI-creative space and explain why each one matters.
- You have personally organized in-person creator events, with operator receipts to show for it.
- Deeply AI-native: you have trained a custom model, you ship small tools live in the interview, and your references come from creators rather than managers.
04 Disqualifiers
- Doesn't know the product deeply: the most important thing to avoid in this role.
- A history of under-delivering on promises, with visibility or events that never materialized.
- Treats the role as a community manager: broadcast, schedule, post.
- Optimizes for raw member count rather than a real, engaged community.
