Released on November 25, 2025, FLUX.2 [turbo] is part of Black Forest Labs’ Flux 2 series. It is a general-purpose image generation and editing model designed for speed and cost-efficiency. The model uses an optimized inference process, typically requiring 2–8 steps, to produce fast, production-ready results at resolutions up to 4 megapixels. It supports multi-reference image inputs, helping maintain visual structure and consistency for both new image creation and targeted edits.
